This is a scaffolded version of the Green abalone v1 genome that is available on this website. HiC reads and the Juicer/3ddna/Juicebox pipeline was used to produce this pseudomolecule assembly. The genome consists of 3,014 scaffolds at a size of 1,155,717,935 and an L90 of 17.
